11th International Conference on Early Modern Literatures in North India

Conference Extended by One Day:

We are happy to announce that the 11th International Conference on Early Modern Literatures in North India (ICEMLNI) will be held on August 3rd-6th, 2012 at the Indian Institute of Advanced Study (IIAS), Shimla. The conference has been extended by one day in order to accommodate a greater number of presentations and encourage the participation of IIAS Fellows in residence.

For the past thirty years, the ICEMNLI has provided a space in which researchers and scholars of early modern literature and religion can share their current research and make connections across languages, regions, cultures and traditions.

The deadline for paper submissions has passed, but scholars who would like to participate without presenting a paper are encouraged to attend and may register here.
